Women’s health care is meant to be in the hands of women.

This training is an offering in service to that.

From menarche to menopause and beyond, womb continuum care is a holistic, integrative, hands-on, hands-in approach to women’s healthcare.

Becoming a womb continuum practitioner is a call to serve womanhood, a passion to hold space for women in their most potent medicine through all of their life stages.

This is a path of feminine embodiment. To take others on this journey you must first navigate the dark waters yourself - know yourself deeply, dismantle your limitations and be truly embodied. This will be a life changing experience, a potent cauldron to be and become.

You will study in the midst of a powerful circle of women, together paving the way for a new vision of care and healing possibilities.

There will be 4 in person 8 day retreats at a luxury retreat center on a beautiful beach location in Mexico.

The first three retreats will be an opportunity to get the hands-on / hands-in experience of all the material in the curriculum. We will also be exploring a variety of embodiment practices to support your work and help develop more subtle healing abilities. These retreats will also be an opportunity to work with other therapeutic and somatic techniques for your own healing process around trauma, shame and sexuality.   We will also be inviting local indigenous healers to join us at the retreats to share their wisdom.

The fourth retreat will be open to the public and will be an opportunity to gain hands-on supervised experience to give you the confidence to continue your practice once the program has ended.

You will only be allowed to take Level 1 and Level 2 simultaneously, if you have previous experience working in women's health and/or bodywork.

This training is currently full.  Next trainings will begin Summer 2025 in Europe and Fall 2025 in Mexico

The way we designed the training will support you in being confident holding this work, creating a practice, and knowing how to work with the girls and women who walk through your door. Our deepest commitment is to mentor women into embodied transformational Wise Women.  We will hold monthly mentorship calls as part of this program for both level 1 and 2 and will continue mentorship meeting after the program ends.

This program is based on our combined knowledge of more than 20 years of studies, bringing together a variety of healing modalities and traditions to create unique and effective healing protocols. These include Rolfing, craniosacral therapy, herbal medicine, TCM, Ayurveda, Traditional Mexican Medicine, functional medicine and nutrition, somatic psychotherapy, pelvic therapy, manual gynaecology, osteopathy and shamanic healing.

ANDREA TERRONES

Andrea is a mother, healer and educator who is passionate about feminine embodiment and supporting women through multiple life stages. She works at the intersection of traditional healing modalities and modern science. She is especially devoted to reconnect with the ancestral healing practices from her Mexican indigenous lineage. For the last 10 years she has apprenticed with many traditional Mexican midwives, sobadoras, shamans and healers. She has also studied with multiple experts in abdominal and pelvic work such as Holistic Pelvic Care, Sexological Bodywork and Scar Tissue Remediation. She has formal education in Body-Mind Therapy and Hypnosis, Herbal Medicine and is currently studying Functional Medicine and Nutrition. She has weaved together all this knowledge to develop her unique hands on hands in bodywork practice.

She is the founder of Ma, a project dedicated to supporting women’s sexual and reproductive health throughout the womb continuum. She has specialized in working with women in the postpartum period and helps them navigate this complex time through hands on care, somatic therapy and education on how to best support the body during postpartum recovery.

Andrea believes in an individualized holistic approach to healing by understanding the unique complexities of each individual and working with multiple layers of the self. She promotes radical body sovereignty and responsibility so that each person can take charge of their health and become their own healer. Her goal is to create containers for profound transformation, radical self-care, feminine embodiment, and catalysts for growth.

ETHICS STATEMENT

One of the guiding pillars of our work is creating a space for women to remember their wholeness. As wholeness is our original physiological blueprint, we are devoted and committed to holding space that is fully contained for that remembrance to begin.

We as teachers and our students commit to our inner work, as we believe you can only hold space for others to the degree that you have held space for yourself. We acknowledge the importance of physical, emotional, mental, sexual, spiritual well-being and how our devotion to our self-care is in direct correlation to the way we hold and offer this work.

Our guiding principles are:
  • Our goal is always to support women to have a safe, consensual and embodied experience.
  • Consent + choice are actively and continually worked with, so everyone feels empowered to use these skills.
  • Boundaries are of utmost importance, they are always discussed before any hands-on hands-in work begins and are adhered to during session work. Respecting boundaries also includes stopping touch at any time when the student/client requests it.
  • Any form of intimate/sexual interaction between teachers and students/clients and students with students is strictly not allowed during the duration of the training. There are no exceptions.
  • It is the teachers and student’s responsibility to ensure proper hygiene protocols are followed and proper precautionary measures are taken against transmission of communicable disease and infections.
  • Alcohol and drugs including cannabis are not allowed to be ingested/used during training. Students will refrain from providing and/or receiving bodywork sessions if under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. There are no exceptions
  • Teachers and students will respect the privacy of each individual at the training and adhere to the confidentiality form.
  • Practitioners must be aware of avoiding their own gratifications that can arise from this work such as power, authority and sexual pleasure in order to provide a safe space for students.
